Mr. Riaz Ahmad (late) FCA,FCA(England & Wales), Mr. Saqib Munawer (late) FCA,FCA(England & Wales) and Mr. Gohar Manzoor FCMA,FCA founded Riaz Ahmad, Saqib, Gohar & Co. in the year 1995.
Mr. Riaz Ahmad established his firm Riaz Ahmad & Co. in 1956. He continued his practise as senior partner of Riaz Ahmad & Co. till 1994. There after he established his firm M/s Riaz Ahmad . Mr. Saqib Munawer joined Riaz Ahmad & Co. in 1980 and continued till his death on 4th July 1996.
Mr. Gohar Manzoor started his career in 1981 and formed his firm Gohar manzoor & Co. in 1989. RASG was formed in the year 1995 as a result of merger of firms viz. Riaz Ahmad and Gohar Manzoor & Co. The newly established merged firm started with office at karachi and within few months lahore office was inaugurated.
In the year 2007 RASG added its branch office in the city of Rawalpindi and in the year 2010 Rawalpindi office was shifted to islamabad the federal capital.
Riaz Ahmad, Saqib, Gohar & Co. Chartered Accountants is borne on the approved panel of external auditors for the purposes of conducting audits under Chapter 9 (Internet Based Trading Systems Audit) and Chapter 23 (Systems Regulatory Compliance Audit)Chapter 23 (Systems Regulatory Compliance Audit) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rulebook.
